Open Plant Cleaning Systems
Stainless Tech offers complete, robust Open Plant Cleaning (OPC) systems. Cleaning is carried out with 18 bar rinsing and low pressure foaming and sanitizing, removing fats, grease, blood and other soiling that is normally difficult to remove from surfaces. It is a very cost effective way to clean plant and equipment in factories.

How the system works
The system delivers 18 bar hot or cold water at constant pressure through cleaning nozzles that use approximately 28 to 36 litres of water per minute. Single or multistage booster pumps are installed close to a water source or mains in the factory to increase the pressure as required.
Sized to your factory
The booster pump is sized to the capacity of the cleaning system and the number of satellite wash points your factory requires. The pump controls speed up and slow down at constant pressure depending on the number of users, which makes it very energy efficient. Water is discharged from the booster pumps to satellites for foaming, rinsing and sanitizing, and the number of satellites depends on the factory size and floor space.
Booster pump options
Option 1 is a single stainless steel vertical multistage 18 bar, 7.5 kW booster pump. Option 2 is a double stainless steel vertical multistage 18 bar, 7.5 kW booster pump. Both are supplied complete with control panel, pressure transducer and electrical VSD control panel.
